Turning A New Leaf.

DIY - Champagne Jewellery Storage

Okay wow, it has been a long time to say the least since I last posted anything on this little blog and I have truly missed it. My life, since last being active on here, has changed quite a bit and has changed me as a person. Looking back through the old posts on here, I feel nostalgic and rather proud of what I had achieved  even when I was busy with school work. But now it is about time some life was breathed back into this blog!

I have a new aim now and a new found desire for fashion blogging that I am just itching to share with the blogging community. I hope my old readers will rejoin me and new readers will embrace me because I don't want to do this alone! Let me know what you think, talk to me, share with me. In the last few days I have been taking pictures, throwing some ideas around and posting to Instagram (octoberfourth). I even posted a handy little DIY tip for jewellery storage (pictured above) and there are more posts like that to come.

But one of the first things on my agenda before being able to truly rejoin the blogspot community is doing a redesign of this blog, including it's name and URL. Now, as anyone who creates blogs on any of the blogging platforms available (blogspot, tumblr, wordpress ect) will know, it is extremely difficult to find a URL that isn't already taken unless you add lots of numbers or something like that, which I hate doing because it looks ugly and doesn't make the URL particularly memorable. The simpler the name the better in my opinion and it's always better to have a name that is of personal significance to you.

I have come up with many many words and combinations that I could use whilst still retaining personal significance but no matter what - they're already taken and 99.99% of the blogs seem to have been inactive for at least 2 - 3 years, gutted. The one URL I really want with all my heart is taken and the blog was last used in 2004! Insane. I have sent the blog owner a little plea through a comment on his one and only post on the blog and all I can do now is hope for the best. In the meantime, I have settled for the new name and URL of 'Two Little Sugars' (ideally I want just Two Sugars, fingers and toes crossed guys!)

Next on my list... possibly a new layout/theme.

All the best!
